The Foods We Serve:
Vegetables: We serve either fresh or frozen as canned vegetables can contain excess amounts of sodium.
Fruits: We serve as much fresh fruit as we can however it is hard to offer a good variety without using some canned fruit. We buy fruit canned in juice whenever possible or extra light syrup.
Meats and Proteins: We serve a variety of quality meats including beef, poultry, pork and fish. We also serve alternate protein sources such as beans, cheese and Sun butter Spread.
Grains: Almost all of the grain products we serve are made with whole grains.
Milk: We serve milk that is produced without added growth hormones.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
We are proud to take part in the Brown Family Farm crop share program, offering healthy, local produce!

Cereal: We are proud to offer General Mills Brand Cereals. All are first ingredient whole grain products with no high fructose corn syrup and 6 grams of sugar or less per serving.
Breakfast Grains: Pancakes, waffles, french toast, bagels and english muffins are all whole grain products.
Rice: We serve brown rice and a brown and wild blend.
Pasta: All of our pastas are at least 51% whole grain, even the macaroni and cheese!
Sandwich Breads and Tortillas: Our buns, bread, and tortillas are all whole grain products.
We occasionally serve other grain products that are not whole grain-rich but are made from enriched flour.
