I can't say enough good things about CKA Maple Grove, where I've had the pleasure of enrolling both of my children. You can feel the love and dedication as soon as you walk through the door. The preschool curriculum is robust and offers a solid foundation for kindergarten readiness.
My children never had the kind of consistency with staff that we saw at CKA. It was night and day watching my child form secure attachments to staff he had for his entire time at the center — not just the lead teachers, but the aides as well. Staff stay at CKA because they are supported and respected.
We absolutely LOVE CKA! We moved our daughter here after having a less than ideal experience at another daycare. The teachers at CKA have always made us feel welcome, made our daughter’s care and comfort their priority, and are truly top tier early childhood educators! Not only that — but their MN state license is flawless!
This place really feels like HOME. The staff and other parents are so engaged, and it really shows. It’s such a relief to drop your kid off somewhere you know they’re not just safe, but genuinely loved and cared for. They feed the kids healthy meals every day, and their staff turnover is so much lower than what we hear from other families. They are communicative, understanding, and flexible. My kid started in the toddler class and is now in preschool, and we plan to stay through school age because she’s gotten so much out of it. It’s not just a fun place for her. We’ve seen her grow so much, hit milestones, and create meaningful relationships. Her teachers really know her, which only happens when there’s that kind of consistency and trust.
Our son has been enrolled here since he was four months old, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The teachers and administrators are truly the heart of this center. They aren’t just caregivers; they are educators who genuinely love what they do. It is such a relief to drop him off every morning knowing he is in a warm, nurturing environment where he is genuinely loved.
